Website Hosting Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Grow My Brand for your website hosting needs. Our Website Hosting service is designed to provide you with reliable hosting for your website and emails. By subscribing to our hosting service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Subscription and Payment
1.1 Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. You can choose to pay monthly or annually based on your preference.
1.2 Payment: Payments are processed securely through the card information provided by you during the subscription process.
2. Cancellation and Renewal
2.1 Monthly Subscription:
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time within the month.
- Upon cancellation, your hosting service will continue until the end of the current month.
- You have the option to renew your subscription for the next month.
2.2 Yearly Subscription:
- Yearly subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-way through the year.
- The hosting service will run until the end of the subscription year.
- Renewal options will be available at the end of the subscription year.
3. Cancellation Process
3.1 Cancellation Request: To cancel your subscription, please send an email to sales@growmybrand.com stating your intent to cancel.
3.2 Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your cancellation request.
4. Payment Failure
4.1 Expired or Declined Card: If your card expires or the payment is declined, we will send you automatic email reminders.
4.2 14-Day Grace Period: You have a 14-day grace period to update your payment information. During this period, your hosting service will continue.
4.3 Expiration: If payment issues are not resolved within the 14-day grace period, your hosting service will expire, and your website and emails will be taken down.
5. Automatic Renewal
5.1 Opt-In Renewal: By default, your subscription will be set to automatic renewal. This ensures continuity of your hosting service.
5.2 Opt-Out Renewal: You have the option to opt-out of automatic renewal by contacting our customer support at sales@growmybrand.co.uk at least 7 days before the end of your subscription period.
6. Refunds
6.1 Monthly Subscription: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions, even if canceled mid-month.
6.2 Yearly Subscription: Refunds are not available for yearly subscriptions canceled mid-way through the year.
7. Service Termination
7.1 Termination After Expiry: If payment issues are not resolved within the 14-day grace period, your hosting service will be terminated.
7.2 Termination Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your hosting service will continue until the end of the subscription period.
8. Email Communication
8.1 Reminders: We will send email reminders for subscription renewals, payment issues, and other relevant communications.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Updates: Grow My Brand reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our hosting service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
